Google Mail or Gmail allows you to merge duplicate contacts. All information from various contacts data are retained.

Steps
Step- 1. Go to application site.
Step- 2. Log in your Gmail account.
Step- 3. Click on “Contacts”.
Step- 4. In the main screen, click on “Find duplicates”.
Step- 5. Gmail lists all the duplicates that were found in your contact list.
Step- 6. Click “Expand” to see the contact info being merged.
Step- 7. To confirm, click the “Merge” button at the top of the page.
