Use the Equation Editor in Google Documents

Google allows to use mathematical equations in Google docs. It allows to insert and edit equations in Equation Editor in Google docs.

Prerequisite: Google account.

Step- 1. Go to application site.

Step- 2. Log in account.

Step- 3. Click on Google documents or open an existing Google document.

Step- 4. Go to the Insert Menu  then “Equation” to insert an equation in your documents. You can start building your equation in the Equation Editor box.

Step- 5. Select the mathematical symbol from the following five menus. The Greek letters, General operators, Comparison and inclusion letters,  Operators with variables and Arrows.

Step- 6. Click symbols you want to include and add numbers or substitute variables in the editor box.

Step- 7. View the preview on the text area.

Step-  8. Use this preview to verify your equation.

Step- 9. Click “Insert Equation” if you are finish building the equation and the equation will be adder in your document.

Step- 10. If you want to edit your equation, just Click on the equation and then click the “Edit” link.
