Process Time: 3 minutes.
Steps:
Step-1. Call the number indicated in application site.
Step-2. Enter your Debit Card number.
Step-3. When prompted enter your PIN. [1]
Step-4. Press 1 for account information including checking, savings, money market, and funds transfers:
- Balance
- Transaction history and search options
- Pending transactions/holds/floats
- Transfer funds
- Debit Card options
- Reorder checks/stop payments
- Make a payment to a Chase credit card, loan or line of credit
Step-5. Press 2 for loan and credit card information and payments.
Step-6. Press 3 to open a new account.
Step-7. Press 4 for funds verification and internet customer service.
Step-8. Press 9 to speak your choices.
Step-9. Press *0 to speack to a telephone banker. [2] [3]

[1] Same PIN when you use for ATM.
[2] Telephone banker is available from 7 AM to 9 PM local time.
