Process Time: Preparation and practice can take from minutes to days.
Steps:
Step-1. Be prepared in what you need or expect to do.
Step-2. Realize that the answer to the question “What is the worst that could happen?” is: Not really that much.
Step-3. Take 30 belly breaths.
Step-4. Visualize in a positive way. Imagine a future scenario happening in a beautiful and great way.
Step-5. Practice, practice, practice. Put yourself in situations that may make you nervous.
Step-6. Realize that people don’t care that much about what you do. People keep much of their attention on their own challenges and problems.
Step-7. Stay in the present moment. Pay attention to what is happening right now.
