Ning released a feature that allows you to add Ning Apps to your Ning Network.
Application Site: http://yournetwork.ning.com/main/admin/manage
Steps:
Step-1. Go to Manage tab.
Step-2. Under Your Network section, click on Ning Apps [1].
Step-3. Browse and select an app by hitting on Add Ning App.
Step-4. Agree to Terms of Use.
Step-5. Name the new Tab, or make it a sub-tab.
Step-6. On the left hand side of the screen, your new tab or sub-tab is displayed. You can drag this to your desired location.
Step-7. Click on Save Tab Settings. [2]

[1] Ning provides apps in the following categories: Collaboration, Communication, Dating, E-commerce, Fun and Games, Fundraising, Video, Featured, and Staff Picks.
[2] You can now view the apps by browsing through the menu. I tried to add Hulu, Qik, and uStream.tv as sub-tabs under the Video tab of Techbays Community. Check it out.
