If you read this discussion on Lasik Surgery (or this) you are reminded of a Yahoo! Answers entry. Imagine when hundreds of millions of users begin to make this kind of conversations in Friendfeed, it would then be for everybody’s benefit if some form of organization had been implemented to easily find related discussions.
On a different note, Friendfeed now has at least 33 services integrated. Latest additions include Disqus, Seesmic, Library Thing, LinkedIn.
