Mahalo Follow is rolling out two new features:
- Inclusion of Mahalo Top 7 in Google searches (not yet part of beta)
- Putting Mahalo approved icons on Google search line items
If you use Mahalo, searching for a popular word or subject normally generates a Mahalo Top 7 links, such as a search on Super Bowl. The second feature is seen when you search something in Google and the SERP will display Mahalo icons besides links that have been processed by Mahalo.
For example, searching for Wikipedia in Google will give this SERP. The Mahalo icon sort of stamps for quality and trust of a link.
