Google Spreadsheet integrates Forms

Google Spreadsheet integrates another functionality: Forms. You can collect information by publishing these forms or sending an email and then review the data direct from the spreadsheet.

To give an example, I have created a spreadsheet; added a form; sent the form to recipients; added the form gadget in iGoogle; and reviewed the data online and in the spreadsheet itself.

To participate, click here. To view the result of the test, here.

Create a Spreadsheet. Go to Google Docs and create a spreadsheet.

Edit and Send the Form to recipients. By clicking on Edit or resend form, you create the form details including title, description, question type (text, paragraph text, multiple choice, checkboxes, choose from a list); and identify recipients individually or from you Gmail contacts.
